Wedding Ceremonies (Social Occasions)
VIP takes enormous pride in recording
the most significant memories on your wedding day.

Many couples spend days and a considerable budget on these celebrations. VIP compliments your thoughtful planning with equally thoughtful recordings (audio & video). VIP will discuss and work with you as to the style and quality of your wedding video. Like many choices made in life, what is put into a decision is often reflected in the quality of the finished project. These one time; events, unique circles of friends, music, words, poetry and celebration are priceless and worth preserving. VIP has over 10 years of experience in this area. Composition, lighting, audio, music, editing all convey the drama and emotion of these celebrations.

Wedding Package Includes:
• Exclusivity. VIP documents only your wedding on that day.
• Time Commitment. VIP will records all important aspects of your ceremony and reception. We will not depart until more than enough recording is completed.
• Consultation. VIP will discuss your wishes in recording your ceremony, & reception, any other enhancements, including style, music, & expectations. If scheduling allows I will visit the location to plan camera and microphone placement prior to the ceremony.
• Collaborations. I gladly coordinate with your wedding coordinator & still photographer so all things work smoothly; before, during and after your wedding.
• Equipment Package. VIP uses (2-3) broadcast quality digital 3-chip cameras, during the ceremony. Professional wireless & shotgun microphones ensure unobtrusive audio recording.
• Editing. VIP will edit and polish all aspects of the finished video. Titles, transitions, music, before & after ceremony sequences tell your story. All editing is performed in a nonlinear, digital environment. A finished video is 45 -60 minutes long. "Fast-forward proof" it includes all important and unique moments, while telling your wedding story, most tastefully. Edits are 6-10 hours and finished video is returned in 2 weeks.
• DVD & VHS. VIP presents you with a DVD-R copy & 2 VHS copies of your wedding & celebration.

Enhancements range from $200 - $1000 each

 Deposit / Booking Policy
 When you contract for your wedding with VIP, no other appointments are made that day. We wish to concentrate on your celebration exclusively. A 50% deposit and signed contract are required to book your wedding date. The Balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding day.
